I’m Halley, a long-time wedding and portrait photographer based in West Michigan. I’m passionate about authenticity and human connection. What I want most of all is for my photos to reflect the radiance of your personality and love.

I will always advocate for you to do this thing the way you want to do it. This is about you, your journey, your love, your people! I am not here to stamp my vision onto your story; I’m collaborating with you on a mission to express your unique story in a setting where you feel safe and present. We’ll set up a Google Meet video call to get to know each other and chat more about your vision, so we can make sure it’s a great fit and answer all the preliminary questions you have.

Schedule a discovery call

I will work with you to build a proposal (contract + invoice) that best suits the needs you have for your day. You will be able to seamlessly sign and pay online when you’re ready!

FAQs

  • This varies depending on the amount of photo coverage you get, for an average 8-hour wedding day I will deliver around 400-500 photos, and for sessions around 100.

  • I will upload your edited images to an online gallery where you will be able to make favorites albums, download, share, and hide personal photos from others.

  • For weddings, I will do my best to get a sneak peek to you within a week of your big day, then the rest I will get to you 6-8 weeks after! For sessions, turnaround is about 2-4 weeks.

  • This one is so up to you. If you plan to have a larger wedding (300+ guests) or feel like you would breathe easier having a second shooter, then go for it! I have plenty of experience photographing weddings independently, but I’m happy to add a second shooter for you, even if it’s just for a few hours of your big day.

  • Depending on the package you book, I include 50-100 miles roundtrip of travel. Beyond that, I will charge $1 per additional mile. If we’re talking 250+ miles of travel, let’s talk; I’m definitely willing to arrange it with you!

  • Absolutely! Instagram and websites are more like highlight reels, so it can be so helpful to see examples of what a wedding would look like from start to finish.
