Cozy In-Home Newborn Session // Baby Margot
In-home lifestyle newborn photography is already special to me, as a mama of two. Then, imagine preserving memories from one of the most important days of someone’s life—the day they committed their lives to each other. They built their life together. Now imagine years passing, and being trusted enough to come into their home and preserving more sweet moments, this time of the newest little love they’ve welcomed to their family.
This, right here, is one of the many special things about my job. I’m so grateful for return clients, and the beauty of watching their families grow, honoring the change of seasons, and celebrating new milestones together with them.
A note to the moms and dads: no parent should have to worry about their child’s privacy being invaded. During this session, I made sure to take several photos without the baby’s face in them, per the request of her parents. Now this is a practice I’m going to try to do every time I photograph little ones. Out of respect for this family, I’ve chosen only to share photos that protect their daughters’s privacy.
